PowerPoint Assignment 4

Since you are about to be promoted from the 8th grade, it is time to make a PowerPoint program that summarizes the last 9 years (have to include kindergarten). The PowerPoint will summarize your school career so far, and examine who your teachers have been, what you learned in their classes, what you liked, etc.

Here is your assignment:

Click here to view a Word document you need to fill out. When you click, you will be asked whether you want to Save the File or Open the File. You want to save it. Save it on your ID number, with this name:    LastName_FirstName_PPT4C

After you have saved it, go to your ID number and open the file. Fill the chart out. This may take a few days to remember all the details, but get most of it filled out today.

Open PowerPoint, save a new program as: LastName_FirstName_PPT48H. Make sure you save it on your H drive.

The first slide must have the following information:

A title for the program.
Your first and last name.
Your homeroom teacher's name
The date

The second slide must have a written paragraph that tells what the program is about.

After that you need at least one slide for each year you have been in school.

You must have a slide (more is O.K.)  telling which teacher in your school career has been most inspirational to you - and explain why.

You must have a slide telling what your goals for next year are.

You must have a slide telling what you want do to after high school.

You must have a slide telling what career you would like to be in after you finish all of your schooling.

All slides must be written using the writing skills you have been taught for the last 8 years. Check spelling and punctuation carefully.
Pictures (from clip art or photos) should be included on each slide.
No sounds may be in the program, but appropriate music may be.
